Acceptable use
dCore is licensed to businesses for the legitimate operation of retail, restaurant, pharmacy, and service / repair workflows. Misuse, resale, or operating fraudulent businesses on the platform is prohibited and may result in suspension under the Compliance policies in the SaaS Admin control tower.
High-risk actions (refunds, voids, price overrides, no-sale cash drawer events, controlled-substance dispenses) require PIN authorisation and are immutably logged.
Subscription & billing
dCore subscriptions are billed per business with unlimited branches included. Failed payments enter a grace period configured in the Billing & Invoices module before access is restricted. The exact grace window and dunning schedule live in the SaaS Admin control tower.
