Data we hold
dCore stores data that businesses enter to run their operations: user accounts, business and branch records, products and prices, inventory movements, sales and refunds, payment references, audit logs, and partner-program referral records.
We do not sell business data. We do not share business data with third parties except where explicitly authorised (for example, payment gateways, SMS / email providers, OCR processing) or where legally required.
Data subject requests
Data deletion, export, and access requests are handled through the Compliance area of the Businesses module in the Sathaara control tower. Permanent deletion requires typed confirmation, a stated reason, and immutable audit logging.
